Shipping Methods

1. The products purchased by the customer will be delivered to the address stated by the customer when confirming the order.

2. The delivery of an order is done by the cooperating courier company Elta Courier.

3. Delivery time is set depending on the region from 1-2 days. Delivery may be delayed:
  • During periods of high commercial traffic
  • Due to adverse weather conditions
  • In case of force majeure
  • If the delivery area is extremely inaccessible.
  • For orders outside Greece
  • In case of heavy weight the order may be sent by a transport company.
4. Only for shipments in Cyprus, for payment by PayPal, credit - debit card and bank transfer the following charges apply:
  • For orders from 0 to 5 kg and less than 100.00 euros the charge is 10.00 euros.
  • For orders from 0 to 5 kg and greater than 100.00 euros, the charge is 6.00 euros.
  • For orders from 5 to 10 kg and less than 100.00 euros the charge is 16.00 euros.
  • For orders from 5 to 10 kg and greater than 100.00 euros the charge is 10.00 euros.
